Meeting Minutes 2

Meeting time: 1600hrs - 1800 hrs

Location: Online via MS Teams

Agenda on this meeting:

1. In today’s meeting, we will be continuing on the discussions on the project
2. We will also be discussing on what needs to be done in the project by assigning our roles

What has been discussed during this meeting?

1. We also discussed on the roles of this project, and concluded that Chih Yuan will be taking part in questions 1 and 4, David will be doing question 2 and Enrico will be doing question 3.

2. Before we start doing our tasks, we also discussed on the possible visualisation tools that we will be using to visualise the data. This is to ensure that we are all aligned well so that the outcome wil lead into “one direction”. We also cleaned the dataset together to ensure that any unnecessary filters have been removed before kickstarting on our codes

Preparing for next Meeting:

1. In the next meeting, we will be reviewing each of our answers and try to “piece up the puzzle” and make sure that all of our answers are on track

2. Once we have our answers, we will be kickstarting on building our initial website for our project website.

3. At the same time, we will also be drafting our proposal based on our answers that we have got

The next team meeting is expected to be held in-person at Singapore Management University on June 8 2025 subject to any prevailing conditions
